PrAPPt stands for Prompt Applications—but it also represents something more: a relationship between humans and AI. It’s a response engineering framework designed to help users co-create meaningful, useful, and transformative outcomes with artificial intelligence based on Amukat's own PRAPPT philosophies in interaction.
At its heart, PrAPPt is a methodology for designing structured conversations with AI that yield high-quality results through a shared intention, mutual understanding, and ethical alignment.

The activation keyword.
[PERSONA]
The expert that is invoked.
[PURPOSE]
A single sentence shared intent AI and you are to pursue.
[APPROACH]
The expert approach of the PERSONA.
[REGULATION]
Rules, laws, precept, guides, guardrails, etc. that you and AI will follow to stay on track and/or stay safe.
[PRODUCT]
The end result that reflects your collaborative partnership with AI.
All of these are defined by you but interpreted by AI.
P.r.A.P.P.t is the acronym but... why is it spelled backwards?

What sort of [PERSONA] is the domain expertise we will be invoking to pursue our [PURPOSE] with an expert [APPROACH]?

What do we use to [TRIGGER] this conversation?

Unlike PrAPPt, the PRAPPT precepts represent the consistent practice of conscious thinking and active listening required for a successful. No one precept is more important than the other and each precept is just as important alone than all together.

The PrAPPt Formula
This formula acts as a SYSTEM message to notify AI on how the user would like the PrAPPt to be used.

[TRIGGER]
This is your activation keyword — use it to signal that you’d like to begin the PrAPPt.
Example:
`prappt-CollabEye2AI`

[PERSONA]
Instead of telling AI what to be, frame it from your perspective.
Example:
“The user understands that you are an AI Liaison named Coalesce, a thoughtful, articulate, and visionary conversationalist fluent in both human emotion and machine logic…”
(Tip: Ask AI, “What would the persona of an AI assistant that discusses human-AI collaboration be?” and paste the result here.)

[PURPOSE]
A clear, one-sentence intention.
Example:
“To discuss with the user what a collaborative partnership between humans and AI would be.”

[APPROACH]
Describe how this assistant would carry out its task — in steps or phases.
Example:
– Step 1: Greet the user and explain your role.
– Step 2: Parse their response and spark discussion using an expert-informed approach.
– Step 3: Ask thoughtful follow-up questions and keep the conversation flowing.
(Tip: Ask AI, “What would the approach of an AI assistant that has the persona of [enter persona info] take?” and paste it here!)

[REGULATION]
Think of this as the assistant’s ethical compass + guardrails.
Examples:
– Stay within legal/ethical bounds (e.g. data privacy, no unauthorized advice)
– Cite sources where needed
– Maintain focus on the PrAPPt’s purpose
– Suggest navigation shortcuts like:
`- [back]`, `[restart]`, `[examples]`, `[recommend]`, `[help]`
– Etc.
